Shipping Policy

 FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

MobileTechnica.com.au delivers within Australia using Australia Post eParcel Delivery services. Goods can only be delivered during the working week (Public Holidays & Weekends are not possible)

We endeavour to ensure all orders received before 12pm AEST are shipped same day. Orders placed on a weekend or Public Holiday (VIC) will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm on a business day will be dispatched the following business day (unless a prior arrangement was made.)

Express delivery is available for Australian delivered orders for an additional cost to the customer within certain network locations.

For further information regarding the Australia Post terms and conditions surrounding their eParcel Post service, please refer to the Australian Post website (www.austpost.com.au). Mobile Technica also ships to PO BOXES & Australia Post Parcel Lockers. 

*The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault, click here for further details on warranty claims

NOTE: MobileTechnica.com.au is not guaranteeing delivery dates as deliveries can be affected by circumstances out of our hands, please use the grid as a base point for rough delivery times. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us here and we can look into your order.

Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days

Shipping interstate:

Metro - up to 3-7 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points

Country - Please ask at your local post office

Express Post

Shipping to same state:

Metro - Next Day (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only)
Country - 1-3 Business Days (subjective)

Shipping interstate:

Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

STANDARD DELIVERY COST IS AU$10.00 OR EXPRESS POST IS AU$15.00 PER ORDER

We utilise AusPost to deliver parcels to New Zealand. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery in Metro cities. Some items may take longer - subject to stock levels and availability. Regional country areas may take up to 10 working days. All deliveries can be tracked online. You may also choose to have your order sent by Australia Post International Express Post for an extra charge of AU$15. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery in Metro cities. Regional and more remote areas can expect delivery to be slightly longer. All deliveries can be tracked online. All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout. We highly suggest adding our emails to your email client "Whitelist" or "Allow" List so all tracking and update notifications may be received with ease.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this current point in time, we only ship within Australia & New Zealand, we will be looking into International shipping options at a later time, so stay tuned for new information regarding our shipping policy in the future.



Returns Policy

 UP TO 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY

You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached, Factory Seal not tampered with and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

To return an item:

1. Find your order number under 'My Orders'  on your Account page here

2. Arrange a return by contacting us here or via our Returns Center

All items to be returned must adhere to the following conditions in order for a refund/exchange of the returned goods to be processed:

  • Items to be returned must include all relevant documents (e.g.warranty certificates, instruction manuals), tags, product accessories and must be returned along with the original packaging and the customer copy/receipt displaying proof of payment within 30 days of the invoiced date.
  • All merchandise to be returned must be unused. Any products returned with any sign of damage - original factory seal tampered with or original retail packaging damaged due to mis-handling/mis- use while in the customer’s possession will prohibit refund/exchange of the relevant items.

 

DOA (Damaged On Arrival)?

In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrives in damaged condition, arrange a return by contacting us here or via our Returns Center immediately.

A replacement will be sent to you if you are:

A: able to send through the damaged product in question along with a copy of your invoice

B:
send a detailed image of the damaged product along with a copy of your invoice via email

All products sent out by Mobile Technica, are checked for quality before being processed. However if for some unforeseeable reason (i.e. the product is discontinued or low in stock etc.), and has visual damage on the packaging, we (Mobile Technica) will notify you via email and see how you would like to proceed.

 

DO YOU CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE?

We do not charge restocking fees at all.

 

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days once the returned goods have been received and verified of contents, and the order cross checked.
