The metal frame provides solid protection and can effectively protect your equipment from drops & bumps. The power button is made of premium silicone, which can effectively reduce the noise caused by the friction between the power button and the metal frame during recording. With soft silicone pads interior at contact points to enhance stability and prevent slipping, JJC Metal Cage is committed to providing you with a more comfortable and smooth shooting experience.
- Side Flip-Open Design: There is a quick release structure on the side of battery cap. By pressing the unlock button at the back of the cage, the battery cover can be opened directly for battery or TF-cards replacement without remove the cage. On the other side, a hollow design is adopted to avoid blocking the USC-C port of the camera.
- Versatile Mounting / Expansion Options: Featuring a cold shoe on the top, JJC CC-OA5P Metal Cage can be attached to various accessories like LED light or microphone, improving lighting or audio quality during shooting. The side 1/4"-20 thread hole and quick release mount allows you to mount the camera on a tripod, selfie stick or 2-fingers quick release adapter. Installing this cage does not affect access to camera bottom, touchscreen and USB ports, It also support switching between horizontal and vertical shooting.
